Hemisphere Monaco is a specialist superyacht service provider founded in 2012. We provide a collection of in-house elements to Captains and decision makers, enabling them to operate their yachts safely and effectively.
Hemisphere Monaco provides dynamic and intelligent superyacht solutions, by providing the management tools to decision makers for effective payroll and contracts processes, financial reporting, mini-ISM (International Safety Management), and crew services.
Our offices are centrally located in Monaco; the hub of the superyacht community. Located in the prestigious principality, we are strategically placed for easy access to our clients and their yachts.
Our Lite Collection provides our clients, with the flexibility to choose which supporting elements they require, for effective yacht management. We review, analyse and suggest which elements are best suited, based on existing systems and budgets.
Hemisphere Monaco provides a wholly owned offshore, payroll and crew contract division, which alleviates the onus from yacht owners whilst ensuring maritime laws are adhered to, including MLC 2006 and port state manning requirements.
Our accounting platform enables Captains to accurately and easily manage various yacht expenses, purchase orders and crew spend limits, facilitating comprehensive ‘ship to shore’ reporting between the yacht and our accounts team in Monaco.
Our mini-ISM element promotes best practise for safety at sea, ensuring the security of crew, guests and the yacht, alike. We provide comprehensive assessments to assist Captains in implementing protocols, monthly reporting and annual audits.
Our recruitment division operates across all yacht departments to ensure the highest calibre of crew are sourced, interviewed and verified, prior to presentation. Thus, promoting crew retention and overall guest satisfaction.
Hemisphere Monaco are able to provide interior training courses by a PYA GUEST accredited superyacht training school. The trainers also have the facility to travel and provide on board training, to refine owner and charter guest experiences, specific to the yacht.
