Privacy Policy – Crew Registration

What information do HEMISPHERE MONACO collect?

HEMISPHERE MONACO collect your personal identification details, contact information, job/package preferences, qualifications, referees and all information provided on any uploaded files (to include CV’s, visa information and supporting documents).

How HEMISPHERE MONACO collect, store and use this information?

Information is collected via the HEMISPHERE MONACO website at the time of crew profile registration or digital job application. Website visitors can also use the opt-in tools to receive communication from HEMISPHERE MONACO (and our subsidiary companies).

Information is collected via our secure website and stored securely with our 2 step backup servers. Information provided is used for the purpose of contacting crew with job opportunities and relevant industry news/events, payroll and documents management as well as general marketing if an opt-in is actioned.

In line with GDPR requirements, in-active crew profiles will be reviewed after 5 years of in-activity to assess if the data should be retained or removed from the database.

Information accessibility

As per GDPR regulations, I have a right of access to my personal data collected by HEMISPHERE MONACO on their website.

I have the right at any time to ask HEMISPHERE MONACO for a copy of the information supplied by me that HEMISPHERE MONACO holds, free of charge.
